Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) & a BCBA

We are immediately seeking out compassionate & dedicated direct behavior therapists who already hold their RBT certification & have a Medicaid provider ID #. We need to expand our squad with more therapists that are willing to be core leaders within our team and ready to start work immediately. Join us in this exciting Journey where you can expand your range of treatment experience in the ABA field while also having opportunities that other companies do not offer. We offer unique opportunities that includes traveling abroad to South America to work with wonderful people through our charity organization, providing consulting services to businesses (OBM), training animals, teaching opportunities, research opportunities and more! Will we also have full-time, daytime, hours available while many therapists are limited to after school and weekend schedules in our field.

We are also seeking a highly-skilled, seasoned BCBA who wants to make a positive difference and enhance the quality of life for families in need.

Therapists who do not yet have their credentials may apply, we can help with training & credentialing for the right candidate.

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills 


• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing


• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a treatment team

• Knowledge and understanding of ethical principles and guidelines 


• Ability to observe & analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of

     action

Professional Duties:

·        * Collect data daily
·  Write daily progress/treatment notes
·  Graph data in Excel weekly
·  Running programs according to procedures
·  Mindful crisis Intervention & de-escalation of target behaviors
·  Positive behavior support
·  Participation in personal mindfulness, meditation and anti-stress practice
·   Participation in squad meetings & continued education opportunities
·  Ability to work with learners one on one and in group settings
·  Participation in charity functions   
·  Schedule your bi-weekly supervision sessions
