The Lead Behavior Analyst will work the Senior Behavior Analyst, other behavior analysts and an interdisciplinary team to develop implementation plans and provide behavior analysis services for Behavior Focus and Intensive Behavior Residential group homes supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, including autism. The Lead Behavior Analyst will ensure services are directed towards meaningful outcomes for the individuals served. The Lead Behavior Analyst will ensure the delivery of behavior analysis services meets the service requirements as specified by funders.
The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a minimum of 1 year experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism and other developmental disabilities.
BCBA $60,000 to $75,000 based on applicable experience and qualifications
