FTBC employs a team of creative & dedicated therapists who provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in our Sarasota office & across Florida in client homes, schools, residential facilities, & the community.
FTBC’s clients are 2- to 30-yr-old & are referred to us for assessment and treatment of problem behavior &/or skill development. Each team member works with a limited number of clients allowing us the freedom to work intensively, efficiently, & effectively with our clients. We provide individualized behavioral services & support to our clients & their families, helping them to live the least restrictive & most preferred lifestyle possible.
FTBC provides individualized early intervention programs; functional analyses & function-based treatments; caregiver training; behavioral skills training programs designed to increase skills related to communication, coping, daily living, socialization, community involvement, academics, vocational duties, leisure enjoyment, safety, compliance & coping with medical procedures, & independent living skills.

Experience working in ABA & with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities is required. Must be capable of working with & maintaining safety of clients who, at times, display problem behavior. Must be a team player & follow all professional & ethical codes outlined by the BACB ®. Palm Beach: Seeking 1-2 full-time team members who are able to swim & run several miles. Familiarity with VB-MAPP, sensory processing issues, discrete trial training, incidental teaching, & caregiver training is helpful. Role will involve teaching daily living, social, communication, & play skills. Role will require exciting summer travel; travel costs & accommodations provided. Services provided in client’s home & the community. Onsite supervision provided by lead BCBA; additional remote consultation provided by entire FTBC team.
