ABA Alliance Therapy is looking to hire full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts.


  • Must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or University
  • 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 1 year of supervisory/management experience managing professionals and para-professionals
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English (written and oral)
  • Able to work closely in a collaborative work environment with other therapies and staff
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License
  • The ability to work flexible days / hours


  • Complete and write FBA assessments
  • Supervise a caseload of clients, including writing and managing behavior plans
  • Participate in the assessment, treatment planning and discharge planning process
  • Maintain effective communication between staff, client team members, and families
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records through Pathfinder Electronic Data Collection System
  • Attend monthly team meetings
  • Provide parent training to families
  • Provide direct care to young children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder
  • Provide training, supervision and oversight to non-certified staff

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
