BCBA - ABA Clinic

Under the direction of the Senior Day Services Director, the Behavior Analyst will supervise, coordinate, and monitor Behavior Analysis Services, within the ABA Clinic, to children with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism and related developmental disorders.
• Lead and mentor a team of RBTs, and clinical staff; conduct performance evaluations and promote professional growth.
• Monitor treatment integrity, client progress, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure clinical practices are compliant with BACB guidelines and state regulations.
• Provide parent training, support caregiver collaboration, and help generalize treatment goals across environments.
• Assist with staff onboarding and continuous training efforts.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to overall clinic strategy and growth.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
• Minimum 3–5 years of ABA experience
• Has successfully completed supervision CEUs (add)
• Strong background in ABA principles, data analysis, and team collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children on the ASD, ADHD and other developmental disabilities in clinic-based settings
