Role Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Consultant to assist with the implementation of Therap’s Behavior Support and Tracking Modules. The consultant will lead the setup process, customize modules to meet regulatory and program needs, and provide hands-on staff training to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective use of the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Therap Behavior Support and Behavior Tracking Modules to align with AGN’s clinical and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop system workflows and ensure integration with existing Therap documentation processes.

  • Provide comprehensive staff training on the use of the modules, including behavior plan development, data entry, and progress monitoring.

  • Create training materials, reference guides, and ongoing technical assistance as needed.

  • Advise leadership on best practices for behavior data collection, documentation, and compliance.

  • Ensure staff are confident in using the modules to support high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral interventions.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

  • Demonstrated experience with Therap Services (Behavior Modules strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record in training and consulting with residential or behavioral health organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of behavior support planning, data collection, and trauma-informed practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and direct care staff.

Contract Details

  • This is a consultant/contractor position.

  • Compensation commensurate with experience.

  • Short-term project (initial setup and training), with potential for ongoing consultation.
