BCBA/BCaBA with Adult Population

Job description:

The Arc Tampa Bay is an agency in beautiful, sunny Clearwater, FL serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with varying degrees of behavioral needs. Services are provided in residential homes, day programming and the community.   

The qualified candidates will be required to:

·       Provide behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings

·       Perform direct observations and monitor the implementation of behavior analysis service plans (BASP) for procedural integrity and treatment efficacy

·       Train caregivers/staff on BASP to ensure positive behavioral supports and a proactive approach are being utilized and implemented

·       Monitor and provide feedback to caregivers/staff on Implementation of BASP

·       Track, enter and analyze data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports

·       Write and update BASPs based on expectations set forth In FL Statute 65G-4

·       Present BASPs to LRC annually or as needed

·       Submit monthly reports and billing In a timely manner

·       Complete and submit documents required for annual Behavior Analysis Services Eligibility requests

·       Manage caseload of consumers across a variety of Arc locations

·       Complete functional behavior assessments and create formal BASPs, as necessary

·       Attend monthly departmental meetings, psych appts, support plan meetings, etc.

·       Keep current on trainings and certification requirements

·       Frequent communication with consumer circle of supports

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will possess:

·       Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Behavioral Analysis Support Plan process

·       Knowledge of conducting a Functional Assessment

·       The ability to graph and interpret data

·       The ability to train caregivers and direct support professionals on the behavior support plan

The candidate must have:

·       Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCaBA or BCBA)

·       Must pass all background screenings and drug test

·       Must possess a valid driver's license and current insurance card
