The Arc Tampa Bay is looking for a
BCBA to provide oversight to RBTs and direct services to children in our ABA
Clinic!
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide
clinical supervision and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans
for children with autism and related developmental disorders.
- Lead and
mentor a team of RBTs, and clinical staff; conduct performance evaluations
and promote professional growth.
- Monitor
treatment integrity, client progress, and ensure data-driven
decision-making.
- Ensure
clinical practices are compliant with BACB guidelines and state
regulations.
- Provide
parent training, support caregiver collaboration, and help generalize
treatment goals across environments.
- Assist with
staff onboarding and continuous training efforts.
- Participate
in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to overall clinic strategy
and growth.
- Communicate
professionally with families, staff, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Master’s
degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or
related field
- Current BCBA
certification (BACB) in good standing
- Minimum 3–5
years of ABA experience
- Has
successfully completed supervision CEUs
- Strong
background in ABA principles, data analysis, and team collaboration
- Excellent
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience
working with children on the autism spectrum in clinic-based settings
