With clinics located in Lakeland (South and North), Tampa, Clearwater, and Brandon, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized ABA therapy services to children with autism and developmental needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Supervise RBTs and provide training and mentorship

• Collaborate with families and other professionals

• Ensure compliance with insurance and clinical documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• Passion for helping children with autism thrive

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience working in ABA (preferred)
