We provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings across Central Florida.

Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and motivated BCBAs to join our growing team across all five of our clinics. As a BCBA at ABLE, you will lead a team of RBTs, collaborate with families, and design individualized treatment plans that foster measurable growth and long-term success for every child.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and BCaBAs

• Collect, analyze, and report data to track client progress

• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain ethical standards and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in clinical, home, or school-based ABA preferred
