 At ABLE (Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences), we are committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Founded by a BCBA and built for BCBAs, we understand the importance of meaningful clinical work, supportive leadership, and a team-driven environment.

With five clinics across Central Florida, including our growing Brandon location, we’re looking for passionate and driven BCBAs to join our team and help us make a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families we serve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy and behavioral support to clients ages 3–18.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school personnel to ensure effective program implementation.

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to guide treatment.

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant ethical, professional, and funding guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification through the BACB.

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and work as part of a collaborative team.

  • Organized, compassionate, and committed to excellence in care.

  • Bilingual is a Plus (Not Required)
