About ABLE:
At ABLE (Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences), we are committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Founded by a BCBA and built for BCBAs, we understand the importance of meaningful clinical work, supportive leadership, and a team-driven environment.
With five clinics across Central Florida, including our growing Brandon location, we’re looking for passionate and driven BCBAs to join our team and help us make a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families we serve.
Provide high-quality ABA therapy and behavioral support to clients ages 3–18.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school personnel to ensure effective program implementation.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to guide treatment.
Maintain compliance with all relevant ethical, professional, and funding guidelines.
Must hold a current BCBA certification through the BACB.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and work as part of a collaborative team.
Organized, compassionate, and committed to excellence in care.
Bilingual is a Plus (Not Required)
