Position works collaboratively with the Area Directors and other BCBAs, QASPs, BCaBAs as well RBTs to ensure all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients and their families receive the highest quality treatment.

Responsibilities
- Provide Assessments, reassessments.
- Parent trainings
- Supervise cases and assist in case assignments in person or telehealth. Small caseloads leaving adequate time for administrative/management duties.
- 1:1 Direct with when needed
- Work side by side with Area Clinical Directors making sure clinical standards are upheld.
- Provide clinical consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians
- Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Clinical experience working with children with Autism.
- Management experience preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
