  • Group Home Setting (5 clients)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Duties:

· Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

· Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

· Provide direct behavioral therapy services to adults with special needs in one location.

· Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

· Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed.

· Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.

· Present cases at LRC once a year for each client.

EXPERIENCE:

- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Level 1
- Experience working with adults with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
