St. Augustine Group Homes is seeking BCBAs and/or BCaBAs to work for a group home facility supporting people with a developmental disability.

Based upon each person’s strengths and needs, we provide education in the group home and the community to encourage independence and growth.

Our behavior analysts work in a team environment and support consumers who are making vast improvements in a group home setting and community environment. 

Essential Duties and Standards of Performance:

· Conducting functional assessments

· Developing behavior plans and implementation plans

· Monitoring the implementation of treatment programs

· Assisting with the training and orientation of staff

· Conducting in-service training sessions

· Management of data collection systems

· Making changes to plans and reinforcement systems based on data

· Writing and reviewing quarterly and annual reports

· Ongoing monitoring of staff skills and treatment plans

· Providing support in crisis situations

· Being part of an on-call rotation

· Flexible hours


Position Qualifications:

Education: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Must have a valid driver’s license



  • Must have superior behavior analytical skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organization skills.
  • Experience using evidence-based treatments with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Must be able to pass an intensive background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.


Competitive salary: The Assistant Clinical Director/BCBA position starts at $80,000 – salary increase based on education and experience. The BCaBA position starts at $60,000.00. Other benefits include Paid Time Off, Health Insurance including Dental and Vision, CEU reimbursement. Opportunity for bonuses ranging from $2,000 - $10,000+ per year.
