Lampert's Therapy Group

We are looking for RBTs to join our incredible team. Lampert's Therapy Group Pediatric Clinic is in Largo, FL and has been helping children with developmental disabilities since May 2000. We currently have two locations equipped with everything needed to offer our clients the best services. We are a multidisciplinary group known for providing ABA, Occupational, Physical, and Speech-Language therapies. Our therapists specialize in the pediatric population and thoroughly enjoy working with children on a daily basis. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with client receiving ABA therapy
  • Provide services in clinic, home or community
  • Implementation of behavior acquisition programs
  • Implementation of behavior reduction protocol
  • Collect data for ABA programming
  • Completes daily notes at the end of all sessions
  • Communicating with caregiver and other supports
  • Is in constant communication with BCBA
  • Will attend supervision meetings with BCBA
  • Assist with program development
  • Complete detailed progress notes for each and every visit to be submitted with billing bi-weekly


  • RBT certification completed
  • Currently be a Medicaid provider
  • Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring and/or applied behavior analysis
  • Outgoing and high energy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to multitask
  • Be a team player
  • Self-motivated
