Troy University is pleased to announce our search for two faculty positions in
behavior analysis. Both positions are anticipated to start in Fall 2020.
Tenure-track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor:

This is a 10-month appointment and the position is responsible for teaching an array of undergraduate and/or graduate (pending program approval) psychology courses as needed but with primary emphasis in the field of applied behavior analysis. We are especially interested in applicants who have expertise that lends itself to teaching courses in behavior assessment, behavior-change procedures, and ethics and professionalism. Faculty rank will be dependent upon experience and training.

We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who will primarily be responsible for providing individual supervision for students in applied behavior analysis at clinical sites and ensuring the quality of supervised experience for students. Depending upon the supervision caseload, the position may involve teaching undergraduate online and/or on-campus classes in applied behavior analysis.
Both positions are located at Troy University’s campus in Montgomery, Alabama. Nestled in the heart of Alabama’s capital city and surrounded by some of the city’s most popular attractions, the Montgomery campus is a non-traditional campus serving students’ needs primarily with afternoon and evening courses on 9-week terms. Classes are typically taught Monday through Thursday, but some duties may be scheduled on Fridays.
