WeTherapy, an Acorn Health Company, provides cutting-edge, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, WeTherapy has been providing high quality services since 2010, across South Florida, in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties. Our services include ABA therapy, ABA telehealth services, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, and parent/caregiver training.

We are seeking a Regional Clinical Director to join our multidisciplinary team in the Florida Region.

The Regional Clinical Director is an individual contributor at the regional level to provide leadership development for program clinical team members, high-level program clinical and quality analysis, direction and leadership for performance improvement related to clinical care delivery, service, and quality outcomes, as well as overall guidance and support for regulatory and compliance matters. As the Regional Clinical Director, you will support the identification of solutions and the implementation of quality and performance improvement efforts through coaching, guidance, and education for clinical leadership in the program. In this role the RCD will monitor documentation, compile quarterly reports, and work closely with Program Leadership.

The Regional Clinical Director Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth

• Implementation of corresponding clinical initiatives, lead the development of identified clinical training needs develop and execute clinical policies and procedures

• Develop practical solutions and execute clinical policies and procedures that facilitates the development of the Clinical Program.

• Ensure the optimization of available clinical and operational resources, lead clinical process improvement efforts

• Supports the development and management of the region's clinical staffing structure (including functional role clarity), productivity requirements, strategic improvements in prescription fulfillment (utilization), clinical KPIs, etc.

• In Partnership with HR plan and oversee the selection, on-boarding and on-going mentoring and leadership development of the region's clinical leaders (Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Directors, etc.)

• Assess readiness for functions of clinical care delivery (e.g., determining when a new BCBA is ready to supervise)

• Complete performance evaluations for all clinical leadership in alignment with pre-established policies to determine potential for improvement and ensure treatment integrity

• Oversee the management of the region’s practicum program

• Work with the operational team to analyze the financial performance of the business unit

• Visit region’s clinical centers on a rotating schedule (25%+ travel required)

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of a master’s degree in ABA or a related field.

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience practicing as a BCBA.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience serving in a leadership/management role for an applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider. Extensive experience managing teams, projects, and meetings highly preferred

• Thorough understanding of the Medicare Regulations for ABA

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient at structuring disparate information into clear visual frameworks

• The ability to build relationships and interface effectively with individuals from different backgrounds and at different levels of seniority

• Strong initiative; ability to identify opportunities and independently pursue them

• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented

• Strong analytical problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
