Early Intervention Clinic Manager

Adapt Behavioral Services
Longwood, FL

Do you believe ABA can improve the quality of life and functioning level of ANYONE?  Do you want to manage the Early Intervention Clinic of an established, successful agency?  If you answered “Yes! Yes!” and you’re interested in working for a highly ethical, reputable organization, headed by a hands-on, mentorship-oriented BCBA-D, we are looking for you!

Opened in 2018, our clinic in Longwood, FL serves children with a wide range of behavioral or developmental diagnoses, ultimately transitioning to home-based services with a focus on parent involvement in therapy.  Though our early intervention clinic is relatively new, Adapt Behavioral Services has been providing behavior analytic therapy services to typically-developed, behaviorally-challenging children for 12 years with great results.

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for:

  • ensuring services delivered are consistent with Adapt’s mission and treatment philosophy, including provision of parent training
  • Screening, hiring, training, and supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs
  • working with other leadership to ensure the program’s efficiency, effectiveness, and smooth operation
  • overseeing scheduling and authorizations initiated by Clinic Assistant

Our ideal candidate will have amazing initiative, strong leadership qualities, program management experience, a history of successfully training and supervising others, and a passion for bringing ABA to families in their homes.

Qualifications include BCBA certification and 3 years’ combined experience in parent training, verbal behavior training, writing behavior acquisition and reduction programs, and graphing data.  At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required and must maintain BACB-compliant supervisor status.

Adapt offers an excellent benefit package to fulltime employees including a group health plan (80-90% employer-paid premiums), generous Paid Time Off, paid holidays, 3% employer match in retirement plan, dental, vision, and other supplemental insurance.  This position also will have access to paid CEUs, including the annual FABA conference.
