If you currently have a Medicaid Billing ID (meaning you have worked with medicaid clients as a RBT already providing ABA Therapy), you are a preferred provider to bring on board.
Full Spectrum ABA is seeking qualified RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to work with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
Registered Behavior Technicians implement behavior plans written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They provide direct therapy and are trained and overseen by the BCBA's in accordance with best practices. Once trained on the behavior plan, ABA assistants can implement the plan and provide therapy without the BCBAs constant presence. BCBAs continue to supervise and oversee as needed to ensure treatment efficacy. Services occur in home, school, and community.
Work towards a career as a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)where you will make $50,000-$70,000 yearly - Or go for Master's level BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) where you can earn over six-figures at 40 hours weekly! Anyone with a Bachelors degree can reach certification as a BCaBA in 12 months. Work and get paid as a RBT while you pursue certification!
Those with ABA experience or coursework are considered ideal candidates. Supervision towards certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Master's level) or BCaBA (Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst - Bachelor's level) is available.
All RBTs are W2 employees in 2019 in accordance with BACB recommendations.
