In-Home Behavior Therapist

Family Behavioral Support
Jacksonville, Fl

Family Behavioral Support

In-home therapy has become increasingly less prevalent in the Jacksonville area but is a vital component to ensure consistency, generalization, and ongoing communication. We have found that working in a child's home or school provides a greater sense of accomplishment, increases parental participation, and allows greater professional independence than center based ABA services.

We are looking for self-motivated ‪behavior therapists (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT) that are interested in working with children that have developmental delays in a variety of community, home, and school settings. This position allows it's therapists to develop their own flexible schedules within the parameters of the child's availability.

  • Participate in initial and on-going assessments
  • Provide direct therapy to clients, collaborate with other therapists, and conduct parent training sessions
  • Implement programs, behavior plans, and data collection procedures

  • Complete daily session notes and monthly program reviews
