We are a local clinician owned and operated nonprofit agency established in 2014. We are  a rapidly growing agency looking for a high quality BCBA to join our team.  While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of behavior analytic services across a wide range of individuals.  We also provide training for schools, parents, support groups, direct care staff, curriculum development, and social skills groups. Services are provided in a variety of community settings including homes, schools, vocational sites and daycare programs.

Applicant must demonstrate a strong work ethic, autonomous organization skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong ethics, and good time management skills. Further, applicant must be a team player and open to feedback and support.

Applicant should have experience conducting functional assessments, creating behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, writing behavior plans designed for home settings, and maintaining ongoing data/documentation.  Applicants must be committed to an evidence-based, behavior analytic approach. Job Requirements

§  BCBA certification

§  Experience training staff and families in competent implementation of behavioral procedures.

§  Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

§  Demonstrate competency providing ABA services to varied populations is required (i.e., all ages and diagnoses).

§  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation

§  Understanding of theoretical, philosophical, and basic research in behavior analysis

§  Skills and experience in developing and implementing behavior plans and curriculum

§  Experience with common ABA assessments, teaching methods, treatment procedures, and data collection systems

§  Technical behavior analytic writing skills

§  Applicants must pass a national and local background check.
