About the Company

Our company provides cutting-edge, behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, on-site and online training, online client management, and community resources. Moreover, for eager and passionate behavior analysts that are interested in bringing behavior analysis to new forefronts, we constantly develop special projects that enable creative minds to push boundaries within our field. These special projects include employment in several arenas, such as organizational behavior management (OBM), technology in behavior analysis, as well as community efforts that facilitate the dissemination of behavior analysis.

Base Compensation

Along with offering a very competitive base salary, weTherapy has partnered with an OBM consulting firm and has conducted behavioral system analyses to ensure that our internal systems are grounded on the very principles we practice in the field with our families. Our range for BCBAs is $60 to $70, and for BCaBAs is $30 to $40. All ranges are based on experience and are negotiable. Both independent contractor and salary positions are available.

The Behavior Analyst will perform the following duties:

  • Implement interventions that have proved effective in scientific studies. 
  • Monitor the provisions of behavior programming by staff. 
  • Provide services based upon the individual's services authorization. 
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with individuals, family members, social support systems, and service providers as appropriate. 
  • Ensure compliance with all state, local, and funding source standards, including submitting all documentation in a timely manner.

Applicant must be a BCBA or BCaBA. Experience with verbal behavior programming, ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP, and writing behavior programs is highly valued. Supervisory experience, especially conducting performance evaluations, is beneficial.
