Behavioral Initiatives is a group of dedicated professionals providing quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with various developmental disabilities. We provide services in-homes, schools, and the community in and around Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. We are a small company with a defined focus and commitment to the science, quality application, and advancement of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We do not provide or seek to provide any other service. ABA is what we do and we do it extremely well. We are seeking one highly motivated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts who shares a similar passion/love for ABA and those who may benefit from it.   • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments (verbal behavior language assessments)

  • Develop treatment plans including behavior intervention and skills acquisition

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and skills acquisition programs

  • Supervise, train, and guide, behavior therapists/RBTs in program implementation

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, monitor client progress, and make changes as needed

  • Complete progress reports and summaries

  • Conduct staff, teacher, and/or parent training

  • Collaborate with families and other providers (schools, OT, speech, doctors)

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.

  • Must have BCBA certification

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents with autism and/or developmental disabilities 

  • Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
