Candidate Requirements: • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field • Minimum of five years of experience working as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with autism • Minimum of three years of experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions • Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA • Skilled at writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs • Creative and organized. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude. Strong work ethic. License or Certification: • Required: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Preferred: BCBA-D and LP / LPA with licensure that can transfer to North Carolina Additional Requirements: • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. • Flexible schedule. • This position requires a criminal background check, health care registry check, and drug test.
